Top 5 Star Fox Games

Description

You may know I'm a big Star Fox fan, so I decided to make a top 5 list. You may disagree with me on certain places of the titles but respect my opinion.

#5 Star Fox 64 - A lot of people have this as their favorite in the series, and part of me can't understand why. The reason for me is that I was introduced with Star Fox Adventures. I don't have much to say about this game, since I only played a demo on Smash Bros Brawl. The story and gameplay are good, the music is decent (but nothing special), the graphics and visuals are incredibly dated by today's standards (for a 1997 or 1998 game title), and the voice acting is cheesy and eh.
#4 Star Fox Command - This game is hated for many reasons, and I also agree with the community. Most of the ending (expect for Goodbye Fox, and Krystal and Lucy to me) are garbage including the opening sequence to the game. The gameplay is a step down from the previous games, the designs (whether you like it or not) are alright but eh, the music is design and a bit of a down grade. This game got lucky by avoiding the #5 spot as I haven't played the original N64 game.
#3 Star Fox Zero (or as I call it, 64U) - That's the best way to describe SF Zero, a complete rehash. The story is the same from the original N64 game, gameplay (while back on the N64 roots (for the moment I hope)) is kinda good but adds and misses some elements, the visuals and designs got a great update look to it, the music is a mix bag (to me), and the acting is tolerable, annoying, and very cheesy. This game may top the original for a reason being that I don't have a copy of the original n64 title game.
#2 Star Fox Adventures - The black sheep of the Star Fox series and the game I was introduced to the Star Fox series. The story is interesting (though a rewrite would be nice to explain every detail), the gameplay is enjoyable and fun (before you ask, no I don't play any Zelda games), the visual and designs are very well done for 2002 standards (though there are some problems, mainly at the ending), the music is good, the acting while still cheesy is better than SFN64 in some way more then 1.
#1 Star Fox Assault - Quite honestly the most underrated game in the series, even more so then Adventures. Star Fox Assault has a very interesting story (that doesn't have the same villain from every game), the gameplay is fast paste, fun, and enjoyable. The visual and designs are well done and really good (not as good as Adventures in terms of graphics), the music is so upbeat, enjoyable, and catchy. And the voice acting is great and less cheesy. Overall, Star Fox Assault is the best game in Star Fox by far, and waiting for another (and actual) new adventure from Star Fox in the next game.
